- Standing ball squeeze – Place the ball between your legs, so the center is about even with your knees; it should not be touching the floor. Squat upto knees form 90-degree angles, squeezing the ball to stay balanced. Clasp the position as long as feasible working up to 25–40 seconds.
- Ball lunge – Put the ball behind you and place one foot top-down on the top of the ball. Stride your other foot out about 6 inches and bend both knees in a deep lunge. 8–10 reps on each side, or as many as you can.
- Balance push-up – Recline faceup on the floor with ankles resting on top of the firmness ball. With arms pointing toward feet, roll your figure up so your body forms a V with hips on the floor. Hold for five counts. Slowly roll back down to the floor. Repeat for 5–10 reps.
